Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-14 ยท Last updated:

These terms cover the Toontown in Unity website, game, and Workshop, operated by the Toontown in Unity team.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be 13 or older to create an account or submit Workshop items, including as a guest. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, have a parent or guardian review and agree to these terms with you. This does not allow children under 13 to register or submit items.

Use an email address you control and keep your password private. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts to evade restrictions. Sharing access does not transfer ownership or excuse rule violations.

For account recovery, try the password-reset page or contact us from your registered email address. We may need to verify ownership before restoring access. Do not send passwords or recovery codes.

Playing fairly

Do not harass, threaten, scam, spam, or disclose someone else's private information. Do not upload unlawful content, sexual content, hateful material, or malicious files.

Do not cheat, exploit bugs for an unfair advantage, automate abuse, disrupt the service, or bypass moderation or security checks. Report problems privately instead of using them against other players.

Manually controlled multitooning and accessibility tools are allowed when they do not automate gameplay or create an unfair advantage. Unattended bots, automatic farming, and tools that bypass game rules are not allowed. Contact us if you are unsure whether a tool is permitted.

Do not deliberately sabotage other players, impersonate staff, or knowingly file false reports. Honest criticism of the project is allowed.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts for rule violations, security problems, or legal requirements. To report a problem or appeal a restriction, contact us with the account or Toon name and an explanation. Do not evade restrictions while requesting a review.

Workshop artwork

Only submit artwork you created or have permission to share under these terms. You keep any ownership rights you have in your original contributions. Uploading an item does not transfer ownership to us or give you ownership of the underlying game models, templates, or other people's material.

By submitting artwork, you give the Toontown in Unity team a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, copy, review, display, distribute, and adapt it as needed to operate the Workshop and game. This includes preparing textures for game models, making previews, delivering approved items to players, and allowing players to display those items in the game. Service providers may process the artwork for these purposes on our behalf.

Submission does not guarantee approval, availability in a shop, sales, or rewards. We may remove items that break these terms or cannot be supported. Approved artwork is visible to other players and may be downloaded or copied; do not include personal information in it.

Contact us with the submission details to request removal. Copies already downloaded by other players are outside our control.

Jellybeans, items, and creator rewards

Jellybeans, virtual items, and Workshop creator rewards are game features. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Creator rewards are not wages, cash royalties, or a promise of income. Guest submissions do not earn creator rewards.

Prices, reward rules, and item availability may change as the game develops. Bugs or abuse may require corrections to balances or rewards. Do not sell accounts, items, or jellybeans for real money through this service.

An unofficial fan project

Toontown in Unity is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or Disney Interactive Media Group. Disney's names, characters, artwork, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of them, and these terms do not grant rights to material we do not own.

Availability and changes

The game is under development. Features may change or be removed, and outages, bugs, or resets may affect progress and items. We cannot promise uninterrupted service, permanent availability, or that all saved progress can always be recovered.

We will post updated terms here with a version and date and give notice of material changes. When a revision requires renewed agreement, the website will ask you to review it before continuing with protected account features. Guest Workshop submissions require agreement to the version presented with the form. We record the version, time, and account or guest identifier associated with agreement.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

Privacy and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, who receives it, and how to request access or deletion.

For questions about these terms, an account restriction, or rights to submitted artwork, contact privacy@toontownunity.com. Include the relevant account or item name and a description of the issue. Do not send your password.
